Let's Start With Discovering YOU!
You are a unique individual! We will explore your career accomplishments and future goals to discover what brings you true fulfillment and what type of work aligns with your values. Taking time with this step often shifts the mindset of a client around what they truly want to find for the next step in their career.

Build Your Skills Inventory
Creating an inventory of your skills and experiences is a great next step. This will greatly decrease the time and mental challenge of creating a resume curated to a role for which you wish to apply. Your inventory will also help prepare you for behavior-based interview questions, especially with the addition of metrics to quantify and qualify the outcomes you’ve achieved.

Grow Your Confidence In Interviewing
Very few people enter into an interview without some feeling of anxiety or nervousness! Once you’ve secured an interview for a desired position, you can choose to practice behavior-based interview questions and get feedback on your responses. Clients report that leaning into my extensive interviewing experience is a key part of helping them feel prepared and confident for their interview, whether with an individual, a panel, or when asked to give a presentation or case study. Clients have the option of recording the session for them to review afterwards.

Ongoing Growth & Development
Career coaching is often the way that clients begin working with me, but the coaching relationship will evolve as their career evolves. The new coaching relationship may center around adapting to a new role and responsibilities, managing a team, or balancing professional and personal parts of their lives. Having a strategic thought partner who understands your unique strengths can help you focus on navigating your next steps through the lens of your values.
