The Team Coaching Process
Initial Discovery Session
We meet with the sponsor or leader to dive into why there is a need for coaching and how it is impacting the organization.
Team Surveys and Assessments
We elicit input from the team to gather subjective and objective information and perspectives to deepen understanding of the issues within the team.
Team Coaching Proposal
We provide a detailed plan for coaching the team based on the team’s unique needs, with options for scope (typically 3-6 months) and add-on optional workshops.
Bi-weekly or Monthly Team Coaching
Team coaching begins with creating alignment: reviewing the survey data, making shared agreements, and beginning to set team goals. Conducted in-person or via Zoom.
Progress Checkpoints with Leadership
Real-time feedback and design between the coach and leadership, with one-on-one coaching for the leader.
Final Review & Sustainability Plan
The goal of team coaching is that the leader and team become high functioning, collaborative, and sustainable
